Network Device Monitoring (Routers, Switches, Access Points, Printers)

$10 per device per month

Monitoring of health and statistics for network devices such as routers, network switches, wireless access points, and printers
Know if an access point is offline, or a switch is overloaded, affecting your network speed
Know when printers require toner/ink, or a service visit from the manufacturer

Back up critical data to a storage location at your office
Back up central storage locations (most customers require backup of only a single server or workstation for their entire office location)
Data is snapshotted several times per day to prevent data loss
Restore individual files or folders, or restore an entire workstation
Restore workstations and servers to different hardware in the event of hardware failure

Off-site Data Mirroring

$1 per GB backed up per month

Minimum of $55 monthly charge
Critical data is sent from your office to a secure data center, and can be retrieved if your office location is destroyed
Allows backed up servers to be restored as virtual machines in the cloud, providing business continuity in the event of disaster
Restore individual files or folders, or restore an entire workstation
Protects critical business data from destruction no matter what occurs to your office location
All data remains in Canada, in PCI-DSS compliant data centers
