For defective products, a replacement will be sent and the faulty unit will be returned. Shipping costs will be covered by OnSwitch.
All phones and network gear come with a 1 year warranty against defective units.
Softphone licenses are not eligible for refunds.
Service Cancellation
All phone service, network management, and IT management services with OnSwitch are on month-to-month agreements and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days notices.
Internet services are typically sold in 2 or 3 year term agreements. An early termination fee would apply if service is cancelled prior to the end of the agreement. Early termination fees are typically 50% of the remaining monthly charges.
